GroupTrain is up and running. We have two classes offered at 5 different times. There is Opus and NewtonsLaw:
Opus is specifically designed to get people awake and ready for the day. Agility and cardiovascular training teamed with strength exercises give each participant an early morning workout to power them through their day. (55-minute session)
Opus runs Monday and Thursday at 6.30 AM, runs for 4 weeks and starts Monday March 12, 2007

NewtonsLaw is strength training with a cardiovascular edge. It combines the best of personal training, circuit training, group dynamics, cardio, agility, and plyometrics in one 55-minute session of fun.
Newton’s Three Laws of Motion:
1. Inertia: An object at rest, stays at rest unless acted upon by external force.
(i.e. If you don’t get out to GroupTrain, you won’t see the results you want.)
2. Acceleration: The more force, the higher the change in momentum.
(i.e. The more effort you put into GroupTrain, the better results you will get.)
3. Reciprocal actions: For every action there is always an equal reaction.
(i.e. The better you treat your body and soul today, the better it will treat you.)
Times: Monday – 8PM
Wednesday – 8 PM
Friday – 5.30 PM
Saturday – 11AM
*Starting Saturday March 10, 2007
